• Short-term treatment of inflammatory conditions including joint disorders like Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis.
• It helps relieve Musculoskeletal pain that affects bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, or muscles.
• Nimesulide also provides relief from post-operative pain, post-traumatic pain, menstrual cramps, and lower back pain.

• Nimesulide 100-mg tablet should be accompanied by a meal to prevent gastrointestinal disturbance.
• It is advised for patients to start with small doses of Nimesulide for a few days to acquire control over the symptoms.
• The standard dosage of Nimesulide is 100mg, twice a day.

• Gastrointestinal disturbances (epigastric pain, heartburn, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting)
• Skin reactions (rash and pruritus)
• CNS effects (dizziness, somnolence, headache)
• Hepatic adverse events, ranging from mild abnormal liver function to severe liver injuries, including fatal hepatic failure in a few cases.
